Today, I am featuring 'The War of Art' by Steven Pressfield which I believe is the third book of his I have covered on this podcast.  In episode 35, I shared his brilliant book, "Turning Pro", and back in Episode 53 I brought to you his latest book - "Put Your Ass Where Your Heart Wants to Be."

"The War of Art"  is a book about the creative process and how to overcome resistance to achieve creative success. The book argues that creative work is a battle between the artist and resistance, which takes many forms, such as self-doubt, procrastination, and fear. Pressfield argues that resistance is an internal force that must be overcome to achieve creative success. He provides strategies for identifying and defeating resistance, including developing a daily creative practice, seeking inspiration from others, and embracing failure as a learning opportunity. Overall, the book encourages readers to face their fears and pursue their creative ambitions with courage and determination.
