Ep. 39_Limitless by Jim Kwik

In this week's edition of the Philosopher Insights Podcast, I share my favorite insights from 'Limitless' by Jim Kwik.  I have been following Jim for quite some time as he is a memory and speed reading expert with a fantastic podcast I have been listening to every week.   

When I heard he had a book coming out, I bought it, read it, and loved it.  In today's episode, I capture some of my favorite insights, but to get the full depth of Jim's teachings, you need to read this book to absorb all the goodies.  

If you are looking for better focus, memory, or how to read and learn faster, you will thoroughly enjoy this book.

As a side note, I took Jim's speed reading course and it was easily one of the best courses I have ever taken. You do have to commit to the practices he suggests, but if you practice daily you can more than triple your reading speed.
