Ep. 12_Did you take your TRIP TO HELL?

In today's episode, I wanted to share a simple exercise that really impacted my life 3 years ago. It's an exercise based on Stephen Covey's great book - The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.

The exercise involves fast-forwarding your life to your last day on earth and using that as motivation to make dramatic changes in your life today.  Begin with the End in Mind.

In this episode, we will take our trip to hell together and I hope it helps you gain some perspective as to how what you are doing today may not be lining up with the best version of you at the end of your life.

I highly recommend giving this exercise some consideration. I have included a clip from Ed Mylett, who brilliantly shares his perspective on the power of beginning with the end in mind.
