Welcome to this week's Philosopher Insight where I feature Stephen M.R. Covey's latest book - Trust & Inspire_How Truly Great Leaders Unleash Greatness in Others.

Stephen M. R. Covey is an American writer and public speaker and the author of the books: The Speed of Trust, Smart Trust, and now Trust & Inspire.

Covey is the co-founder and CEO of CoveyLink Worldwide and the former President and CEO of Covey Leadership Center.

In this book, Covey shares a simple solution to addressing the current challenges with the way organizations, schools, and families are led today.  His aim was to share a model that aligns with the realities of today.  A leadership model that is more people-driven than it is hierarchy or compliance-driven.

I loved this book and I believe it can serve as a valuable resource to anyone at any position in an organization, school, or community.  It is one of those books that you'll read multiple times to revisit some of the powerful ideas and strategies presented in this book.
