Mastering the Fundamentals_Kobe Bryant

Kobe Bryant was one of the greatest basketball players of all time, and his death in 2020 was shockingly tragic, but this man is a basketball legend who has left a legacy that will continue to inspire and impact the lives of so many generations to come.  

In this video, I share a true story that illustrates the work ethic of this man, the more I read about him, the more I realized how destined for greatness he truly was  - not because he was gifted at basketball, but because he simply outworked everyone else in the NBA.  He chose to be second to none.

I was introduced to the importance of fundamentals in the coaching program I took in 2019, but I wanted to emphasize the importance of it by telling you a story from one of the greatest of all time.  You hear about what this man did, and you can understand why he was the greatest player in the world during his playing days.

What are the most important fundamentals in your life that you need to pay more attention to? There are fundamentals that apply to health, business, family, and spiritual practice, but it will be impossible to improve until you make a decision to adhere to these fundamentals.
